How much of a fee will be applied to my cash reward?

Why is there a fee applied to my payment?
Fees may be applied to cash reward payments to cover processing costs associated with transferring funds. We aim to be transparent with the fees as outlined in these FAQs. However, it’s possible that your bank may charge additional fees depending on the payment method and local currency.
Will the fee always be the same?
Fees are subject to change based on the policies of the payment processors or based on changes to your payment account. Any fee applies to the individual cash reward you are receiving and is applied at the time of payment. We regularly review our pricing with our payment processors to ensure any fees remain competitive, with a goal to offer the lowest possible fees.
My cash reward was rejected and I didn’t receive all of my Diamonds back, was this caused by a fee?
If a payment was processed using the information you provided and the bank rejected the payment, it is possible an additional fee was incurred. This fee may be deducted from the returned Diamonds. Please contact your bank directly to confirm why the payment was rejected, then ensure you update your information in-app before attempting to claim another cash reward to avoid any further rejection fees.
Who receives the fee that is taken from my payment?
The fees outlined in this document are placed by the payment processor and go directly to them. This cost is required to maintain a secure and reliable payment processing system.
